2 Week Challenge Upper Body

Welcome to our MOVE-mber 2 Week Challenge for the UPPER BODY!

Here is the calendar for the next two weeks.

Each day you will have an Upper Body Workout + 1 bonus video. These bonus are videos are if you want that little extra workout for the day that focuses on other areas of the body.

There are three active rest days. Feel free to push your rest days forward or back a few days if you need.
